We have had the Viognier and Semillon varieties in our “No Secrets” vineyard for a while, but this is John’s first time using them for white wine. We guess you could say these grapes were flying under our radar until recently. Luckily not anymore because we’re enjoying this energetic, all-rounder, smashable white for summer. Think: tropical fruits, refreshing mouth-feel, food and friends at 5pm.
